How we handle legal requests

We honor requests for information from law enforcement when they are supported by valid legal process. For requests from non-U.S. authorities, we require the use of established international legal frameworks, such as the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) or specific agreements under the CLOUD Act.
